Dispose in container provided on Back Deck No Drugs of any kind to be brought into the home No Pets allowed Guests and visitors should keep noise at a minimum between the hours of 11:00pm and 7:00am as a courtesy to our neighbors No loud music or excessive noise No glass in the backyard area When removing the cover of the hot-tub, please fold back one side, then use the lift bar to carry the rest of the cover over, allowing it to hang. DO NOT toss the hot tub cover on the ground. Please handle it with care. Please set the hot tub temperature to 100 degrees and close the cover when not in use. Please do not exceed 102 degrees in the hot tub at any time for your health and safety, as well as the life of the tub. Local residents are not permitted to book this property
